As you know, I love some green stuff in the morning! This is my signature morning smoothie all year round when I’m off for a busy morning and I know my juice won’t be enough! Its packed with chlorophyll, nutrients, fibre and tastes super yummy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 cups of water
- big handful of spinach
- big handful of lettuce
- 2/3 celery stalks
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- 1 banana (can be frozen)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill blender with water and leafy greens. Blend until smooth.
- Add apple, pear, celery; blend until smooth.
- Finally, add banana and lemon juice
- Enjoy fresh! Remember to CHEW the MLS!! It helps digestion!
If its big, take it with you and enjoy it until lunch!
